That’s up for negotiation, depending on experience and this and that. We aim to stay within industry standards, because we recognise that it’s hard work for the models as well as for us, and if you do a good job you deserve a fair reward for it.
We will shoot on a TFP (time for photos) basis - that means you don’t get paid but the resulting material is copyright to you and to us - you can do what you like with it, including selling it. On the other hand, so can we, because we have to recover our costs. Or you could even buy the distribution rights off us for the costs of doing the shoot (actually not a bad way of doing a “trial” shoot just to see if you like it - in your own home, for instance, our costs are not much more than travel, time, and preparing the videos / photos)
